Here at Change, we offer confidential help and support for anyone dealing with Social Services and the Family Courts.

Myself (Allana)and Marie are dedicated Parents with lived experience of the system — and who better to support you than people who have been through it themselves?

We can provide a dedicated crisis number you can call in emergencies after you have made initial contact.

If you need someone to talk to in confidence, we’re here to listen and support.

We offer advice based on personal experience, supported by team members who are familiar with the law.

At Change, we understand how daunting it can feel when social services become involved in your life. It can be frightening, overwhelming, and often isolating. We also recognise that the current system is failing too many families during their times of crisis—and that real change is urgently needed.

That’s why Change is here: to stand beside you, to listen, and to help guide you through these challenges with compassion and support.

Our Promise:

Change is a completely free service. We will never ask you for money. Our focus is on supporting you and your family, not adding to your worries. You can turn to us knowing that our help comes without cost, judgment, or hidden expectations.

Please note, however, that we are not legally qualified, and any guidance we provide is based solely on our personal experiences

We can assist you in finding legal representation and put you in contact with court-approved therapists and independent social Social Workers for assessments.
